When you play Nichest, a bit of info about you is stored. Here's what and why. Basically: the game only has what it needs, nothing is sold, no ads and no tracking cookies.

Answers and feedback

When you play, the answers you give (right and wrong) are stored so we can see which answers are popular and identify correct answers missing from the game. Question suggestions, error reports and difficulty ratings are saved to improve the game. The name field on question suggestions is optional.

They are not connected to your personal name or account. They are recorded with a random code created by your browser (counting each user once only) and a scrambled version of your internet address, used solely for spam control (a limited number of messages sent per hour).

Stored in your browser

Your sound settings, today's daily progress, your streak, questions you've recently played, and the random player code mentioned above are stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Services we use

We don't sell or share the data these services process with anyone else. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Age

You need to be at least 13 to create an account. No account is needed to play.

Deleting your data

You can remove your account and all your saved results at any point by going to the account menu in the game and clicking Delete my account. For anything else, and questions about your data, use the Report an error button in the game.
